Professor Layton Extravaganza

In honor of Level 5’s new IP Professor Layton and the Mysterious Village, Level 5 held a special event yesterday to promote their new game, full of logic puzzles mystery and art direction similar to that of the French animated film Les Triplettes de Belleville, a day before the game’s release date. For a game that consists of logic puzzles, it’s no wonder many DS fans in Japan are looking forward to gnabbing a copy for themselves. After all, solving logic puzzles is nothing short of boring; if anything, its very awesome. Also, Level 5 has announced that they are working on another installment of Professor Layton titled Professor Layton and Pandora’s Box.

Seems like Level 5 has a sure hit on their hands. Hopefully Professor Layton and the Mysterious Village sees a U.S. release sometime soon. For now, watch this trailer. You’ll be wowed [hopefully] by the logic puzzles, lovely animations, and entranced by the music.
