Well, with Nintendo totally pwning the console market with their huge numbers of DS lite and Wii sales, it’s time to look into the future and let the gamers know what are they gonna be playing on their shiny consoles on 2007. So here is the list:

Nintendo DS
• Yoshi’s Island DS (March 8, 1P)
• Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2 (April 12, 1P)
• Worldwide Club House Games (April 19, 1-8P)
• Panel De Pon DS [Tetris Attack] (April 26, 1-4P)
• Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2 (2007, 1-4P)
• Archaic Sealed Heat (2007, TBA)
• More English Training (TBA, TBA)
• The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (TBA, TBA)
• Chibi Robo! Park Patrol (TBA, 1P)
• Wander Donkey DS (TBA, 1-4P)
Nintendo Wii
• Fire Emblem: Goddess of Dawn (February 22)
• Eyeshield 21 (March 8 )
• Super Paper Mario (April 19)
• Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (2007)
• Super Mario Galaxy (2007)
• Super Smash Bros. Brawl (2007)
• Mario Strikers Charged (2007)
• Totsugeki Famicom Wars W [Battallion Wars 2] (2007)
• Disaster: Day of Crisis (2007)
• Wii Health Pack (2007)
• Donkey Kong Barrel Blast (2007)
• Mario Party 8 (2007)
• Project H.A.M.M.E.R. (2007)
• Wii Music (2007)
• Forever Blue (2007)
• Animal Crossing (TBA)
• Kirby (TBA)

Well, so far the list looks good, and it looks like those Mario titles are the ones to save the day, after all, the DS game that sells the most is New Super Mario Bros. The Wii strikers game interests me a lot, I imagine itll make for very fun nights with my friends when they come over to play. My biggest Letdown is that Super Paper Mario, unlike Zelda: Twilight Princess, wont be coming to both Gamecube and Wii, just the Wii (it was originally a GC title stated for Oct.9) Well, I guess thats it, now I have to join the masses and get a Wii myself, if I can find one, that is. Thanks to 1up for the list!

  1. The only downside to that list is knowing that it’s Japan only and not US. Kirby on the Wii? Yeah boy!!

  2. Holy lack of 3rd party support, Batman! I hear if you undo Mario’s overalls, he’s got teats, ’cause Nintendo just loves milkin’ him.
