2K Sports is ready once again to show the EA MVP series business. Sports fans will show which series is the best with the contuinuing diamond plate battle.

Bullet Witch

Bullet Witch is set in the year 2013. Mankind is on the verge of extinction, leading a desperate fight against demons. You take the role as a witch named Alica. Bullet Witch is an action adventure with story sequences intermixed with gun fights and magic, taking full advantage of the Xbox360™ technical capabilities. The game features fantasy elements but takes place in a realistic world setting.

Fantasy action, girl with a big gun? You know you want it. Let’s hope our version does better than it did over seas.

Yeah more MLB on other consoles, everyone! At least we all get a chance to play it.

MLB 07: The Show

Already widely considered the most authentic baseball simulation available, the franchise now introduces the all-new Road to The Show mode, enabling gamers to play both offense and defense from the created player’s perspective. Providing an even more realistic experience from the mound, the all-new New Pitch Command System (PCS) delivers unsurpassed strategy to pitch selection, as a pitcher’s “pitch comfort” will be predetermined based on a best to worst pitch scenario. It is up the gamer to decide if he/she should try to “work on a pitch” or just go with what is working. Additionally, with the Adaptive Pitching Intelligence (API) feature, catchers will call the game based on the individual strengths and weaknesses of each pitcher as well as analyze tendencies of batters. Gamers will now have the ability to either trust the pitches called by the catcher or shake them off.

As more and more gamers are seeking quality online competition and content, MLB 07 The Show™ adds to its already robust online feature set and delivers Online League Play, which offers the ability to set up customizable leagues with up to 30 teams, complete with full stat tracking, point benefits and rewards. Additionally, the My Sliders feature allows users to create their perfect game settings and upload them to the MLB 07 The Show server for others to try out.

Well, well the number one baseball game isn’t gracing a next gen console…yet? Any who the number baseball sim is back with a vengeance(well more players anyway). Will it sell like hot cakes? Of course it will everyone, sports games sell like crazy.

Lumines Plus

Widely regarded as one of the best puzzle-based video games of all time, Lumines Plus brings the Lumines experience to the PlayStation 2 with added features, and allows fans old and new to experience the game “on the big screen” for the first time ever.
Lumines Plus is the PlayStation®2 adaptation of the Lumines franchise – combining elements from the original Lumines game with elements of Lumines II. Widely regarded as one of the best puzzle video games of all time, Lumines, the original PSP® (PlayStation® Portable) system game, enraptured gamers with its relentlessly addictive gameplay, quirky, cool and hip Japanese pop-culture flavored presentation style and music.

Do I need to even mention the obvious? Have you ever played Lumines or has it been awhile since you have? Then buy this game! Now! Do it! It’s $20 bucks! It’s on the big screen and adds Lumines I & II goodness!

Meteos: Disney Magic

The follow-up to one of the most critically-acclaimed Nintendo DS™ games to date, Meteos: Disney Magic combines the superb puzzle gameplay of the original version with beloved Disney brands. Featuring an original story within the classic Disney universe, players will be asked to help Jiminy Cricket and Tinker Bell in their quest to re-organize the famous Disney storybook vault after someone accidentally changed the stories. By piecing together three or more Disney-themed blocks with the Nintendo DS stylus and launching them from the touch screen, players will be challenged to create puzzle patterns while interacting with some of their favorite Disney characters, including Pirates of the Caribbean, Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, Disney/Pixar Toy Story, The Lion King and more.

It’s Meteos fun ala Disney style and it’s a good thing. A safe buy for that kid in your life that wants/needs some more DS goodies.

MLB 2K7 on the PSP, no surprise right? 2K baseball action and fun on the go for PSP owners, can’t beat sports on the go.

SSX Blur

This is the soul of SSX ™, remixed, re-energized, and fully realized. Revolutionary controls take full advantage of the Nintendo Wii’s potential by putting you in total command of your skier or rider, On-the-Ground and In-the-Air, by translating every motion you make into the skills that create mountain legends. One hand controls you as you tear down the mountain; the other unleashes your array of aerial maneuvers. The mountain is your playground with SSX Blur.

Another week and another worth while Wii game? Huzzah! SSX fans get ready to have some more fun and everyone else be prepared to see why people love these games. It’s a never ending love and hate relationship with you EA.

Well other than being a bit baseball heavy, a good number of people will be happy this week. In the end that’s what matters. Stay tuned for next week.
